How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Ofromantic Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Ofromantic Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please keep in mind that Ofromantic Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If you are worried about how a pesticide was applied, you can also reach out to the agency that regulates pest control in New Jersey.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@ofromantic.property and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Comes Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take a second look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
