How Our Network Works

Talk to a local provider

Who Will You Actually Talk To?

This page has no staff photos, and that is on purpose. Ofromantic Pest Control is a referral service, so the person you speak with about your pest problem is an independent provider in our network. They run their own business and do the work themselves or through their own crew.

That means you get to talk to the people who know pests, not a middleman reading a script.

What Happens on the First Call?

Worried it will feel awkward? It usually does not. Here is the typical flow:

  • You describe what you see and where you see it.
  • The provider asks a few follow-up questions. How long has it been going on? Any bites, droppings or damage?
  • They may offer a visit to look things over, or give a rough idea of options.
  • You hear about timing. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies.

Request a callback to check provider availability in your area.

What Should You Ask a Provider?

Good questions make for good decisions. Try these:

  • Are you licensed and insured in New Jersey?
  • What exactly will you treat, and where?
  • Is the quote in writing? What is included, and what could change the price?
  • How many visits does the plan usually take?
  • Are the products safe for kids and pets? What should we do during and after?
  • Is there a warranty or follow-up visit, and what does it cover?
  • For wildlife: how will the animal be handled, and how will entry points be sealed?

Typed costs vary a lot by job, so ask for the details in writing.

Are You in Control?

Yes, always. Asking for an estimate does not obligate you to hire anyone. You can get more than one quote. You can ask for time to think. You can say no.

A good provider will not rush you. If someone pushes hard, that tells you something too.

A Calm Plan for the First Hour

Found something scary? Take a breath. Keep kids and pets away from the area. Do not poke at a nest or corner an animal. Snap a photo if it is safe. Write down where and when you saw it. Then reach out.
